Financial Vulnerability

  • Centre For Social Innovation (CSI) 215 Spadina Avenue Toronto, ON, M5T 2C7 Canada (map)

With Crown + Bliss's personal growth month coming to an end, we are kicking off our November theme of vulnerability with an interactive, informative, and fun workshop on the psychology of money. What's more vulnerable than that?

In this workshop we are going to get real honest and vulnerable with ourselves about our money mindset.

Join us for a night of engaging conversation and a few drinks led by entrepreneur and Financial Life Planner, a.k.a. Financial Therapist, Stacey He.

We will discuss...

•The psychology of money: How our “money mindset” is developed and shapes the way we deal with our finances. You’ll find out what your unique “money mindset” is.

•Strategies and tips on how to change our financial behavior based on our unique “money mindset”.

•Budgeting, saving and investing strategies for women - as women we have different financial needs.

•Where being a woman has its strength in finances and how to leverage this.

About Stacey:

Stacey He is a true Crown Woman. She is a Financial Life Planner who left advising at a major investment company in order to start her own business that gave unbiased financial advice that was not tied to selling a financial institutions product. In this way, she is able to do more of what she loved about planning in the first place, and have more freedom to help and suggest the best financial options for a particular individual. Her new business has taken off in a short time with a team of planners providing the same advice. She is now working on a new business, FinRIze, which focuses on financial wellness, the psychology of money, and how to take control. She received a Young Entrepreneur Notable Award in 2014 and has led many talks and groups on finances for women.
