Full Day Yoga Retreat Experience with Lydia Chang & Lauren Hong
Let's go on an adventure together with Mother Nature! Yoga & Wild Food Adventure Retreat takes place at Healthy Earth Utopia Cottage, a true utopia with over 62 acres of trails, forests, and abundant nature less than one hour drive from downtown Toronto.
Begin a blissful day with welcome tea in the lush green garden to connect with each other and with nature. Guided by Lydia Chang, mindfully move through an invigorating yoga & meditation practice to breathe in fresh air and energize under the cosmic sun.
After a refreshing morning practice, we venture in to the forests to find wild greens, berries, mushrooms, flowers, nuts, and other spring time surprises. Learn about the medicinal values of wild foods and how it can heal and nourish our bodies. Return from the forest, get ready to feast on delicious vegetarian lunch made with the fresh produce you've gathered!
Adventure continues after lunch, you can swim in spring fed pond, meditate by the river, relax with infrared sauna or immerse yourself in natural water therapies. Wild animals may roam around in their natural habitat nearby such as frogs, birds, deer, and goats - you just never know what sights and delights you may encounter!
Get inspired by Holistic Nutritionist Lauren Hong in the afternoon as you indulge in delicious raw vegan treats and afternoon tea lovingly prepared by Lauren. You will gain knowledge, hands-on recipes, and receive precious nature gifts to take home. At the end of a beautiful day, we will celebrate by the sunset to co-create loving kindness energies for ourselves and share it with our loved ones.
