  • A head spa is a luxurious scalp-care ritual combining deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, warm steam, massage, aromatherapy, and relaxation techniques. It’s like a facial for your scalp — blended with deeply soothing massage.

  • We focus exclusively on head spa services designed to restore scalp health and melt away stress. Every element — lighting, atmosphere, aromatherapy, technique, and product — is intentionally crafted to give you a calm, restorative escape.

Services and Treatments

  • We offer three signature experiences:

    • Refresh (30 minutes): cleansing, exfoliation, and relaxing scalp massage

    • Tranquility (60 minutes): full ritual with hydration mask, warm steam, aromatherapy, and extended massage

    • The Bliss (80–90 minutes): our deepest relaxation experience with the full ritual, warm eye mask, and premium relaxation elements

  • We work with most hair types and textures; however, we cannot provide services for clients with dreadlocks/locs due to the nature of cleansing and scalp access required.

  • No. We do not provide services for clients with any type of hair extensions (tape-in, sew-in, bonded, hand-tied, micro-bead, clip-ins, etc.).
    Extensions prevent proper access to the scalp, which is essential for our treatment process.

  • Every 4–6 weeks is ideal for scalp maintenance; many clients visit monthly for stress relief and self-care.

  • Item dYes — many services are pregnancy-safe.
    We begin every appointment with a consultation to ensure comfort.

    Please note: You will be lying on your back for the full duration of the service. We can adjust support as needed.escription. We do recommend you consult with your physician prior to booking.

  • We provide a self-service blow-dry station where you can lightly dry or style your hair.
    If you prefer a finished look, you can book a professional blowout add-on.

  • Yes, popular add-ons include:

    • High-Frequency scalp stimulation

    • K-18 molecular repair treatment

    • Lip plumping mask

    • Blow Out

  • Yes — we adjust products and techniques as needed.

    For safety reasons, we cannot perform services on clients with:

    • active scalp infections

    • open sores or wounds

    • parasites (including lice)

  • Yes — we offer services for youth ages 12 and up.
    A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire service.

  • To maintain a quiet, relaxing environment, children should not accompany an adult in the treatment room unless receiving a service.

  • Yes — you may select a preferred therapist during online booking or request one when calling/texting.

  • No — please do not wash your hair beforehand.
    A complete cleanse is included in every service and is most effective on unwashed hair.
    (If you use heavy styling products or dry shampoo, let us know during your consultation.)

  • For clients with thick or tight, curly hair we do recommend brushing through your hair in advance to remove any tangles. We will brush your hair as part of the service, but time spent detangling means less time spent on the relaxing head spa techniques.

  • Our hours vary by location and by season, but we strive to offer significant availability throughout the week. All our locations are currently closed on Sundays.

  • Yes — both of our locations offer the full Crown & Bliss head spa menu.

Booking and Policies

  • All appointments can be booked directly through our website.
    You can also call or text us at (833) 697-2257.

  • Walk-in clients should call ahead to check availability.
    Same-day scheduling is often available depending on therapist availability.

  • We do not require deposits.
    We do require a credit card on file to hold your appointment.
    Your card is only charged if you choose to pay with it or if the cancellation policy applies.

    • 24+ hours’ notice: no charge

    • Inside 24 hours: 50% of service price

    • No-show: 100% of service price

  • Yes.

    • Couples (two people): may book directly through our website using the preconfigured couples option.

    • Groups of 3+ people: Since each location can perform two services simultaneously, groups require staggered or back-to-back scheduling.
      Call or text us and we’ll help coordinate group appointments.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please have a seat outside our suite and our staff member will welcome you shortly.

Payments, Memberships & Gift Certificates

  • All major credit/debit cards and digital payment options available through our website checkout.

  • We are currently working on a membership program and expect to roll it out in early 2026

  • We offer digital gift certificates exclusively through our website.
    These certificates can be redeemed at any Crown & Bliss location.
    (Physical cards are not offered in-store.)
