• Refresh (30 minutes): cleansing, exfoliation, and relaxing scalp massage

• Tranquility (60 minutes): full ritual with hydration mask, warm steam, aromatherapy, and extended massage

• The Bliss (80–90 minutes): our deepest relaxation experience with the full ritual, warm eye mask, and premium relaxation elements

We work with most hair types and textures; however, we cannot provide services for clients with dreadlocks/locs due to the nature of cleansing and scalp access required.

No. We do not provide services for clients with any type of hair extensions (tape-in, sew-in, bonded, hand-tied, micro-bead, clip-ins, etc.).
Extensions prevent proper access to the scalp, which is essential for our treatment process.

Every 4–6 weeks is ideal for scalp maintenance; many clients visit monthly for stress relief and self-care.

Yes — we adjust products and techniques as needed.

For safety reasons, we cannot perform services on clients with:

• active scalp infections

• open sores or wounds

Yes — we offer services for youth ages 12 and up.
A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire service.

To maintain a quiet, relaxing environment, children should not accompany an adult in the treatment room unless receiving a service.

Yes — you may select a preferred therapist during online booking or request one when calling/texting.

No — please do not wash your hair beforehand.
A complete cleanse is included in every service and is most effective on unwashed hair.
(If you use heavy styling products or dry shampoo, let us know during your consultation.)

For clients with thick or tight, curly hair we do recommend brushing through your hair in advance to remove any tangles. We will brush your hair as part of the service, but time spent detangling means less time spent on the relaxing head spa techniques.

At Crown & Bliss, our philosophy centers on helping every guest achieve a true nervous-system reset — deep calm, stillness, and uninterrupted relaxation.

While some spas place couples or guests in the same room, we’ve intentionally chosen a different approach. Being in a shared space can introduce subtle distractions (conversation, movement, breathing, or energy shifts) that pull guests out of a deeply relaxed state.

For this reason, our Treatments for Two are provided in separate, side-by-side treatment rooms:

• Surprise: Some rooms include a shared barn door that may be opened to create a semi-together atmosphere when available. Guests cannot see or hear one another while on the beds.

• Peoria: Treatment rooms are fully separate but directly adjacent.

This design allows both guests to relax completely while still enjoying the experience together — and most clients tell us they leave feeling more rested, present, and restored.
