Media & Image Release Policy
At Crown & Bliss Head Spa, we love celebrating the beauty and relaxation our clients experience. Occasionally, we capture photos or short video clips of treatments or results to showcase the artistry of our work and the serene environment we create.
Clients may grant or decline permission for the use of their images. During the intake process—whether completed online or in person—you can indicate your preference by checking the photo/video release box on your form.
By giving consent, you authorize Crown & Bliss Head Spa, its owners, and authorized representatives to use images or recordings taken during or after your service for marketing, promotional, educational, or training purposes. These may appear on our website, social media, printed materials, or other branded media.

Gift Certificate Purchase
Crown & Bliss issues two types of Gift Certificates:
Dollar-Value Gift Certificates
These certificates are purchased for a specific monetary amount and may be redeemed toward any standard-priced service at Crown & Bliss. Any remaining value carries forward. Dollar-value Gift Certificates may be applied to services at promotional or regular pricing unless otherwise stated.
Service-Specific Gift Certificates
These certificates are purchased for a designated service and may only be redeemed for that service. Service-Specific Gift Certificates must be redeemed at the standard service rate and are not eligible for promotional or discounted pricing at the time of redemption. Service-specific certificates cannot be exchanged, upgraded, substituted, or converted into monetary credit.
Gift Certificates are recommended to be used within 12 months, but the value never expires.
Please note: Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced unless you still have the original code or purchase information.
